The aim of the project is to strengthen the administrative capacity of PKP PLK S.A., necessary for the proper performance of tasks related to the implementation of railway projects co-financed by the ERDF, the CF and the Connecting Europe Facility “CEF”. An important element necessary to ensure the proper implementation of these projects is that the Beneficiary has an adequate number of staff with specific qualifications, ensuring the possibility of expert support and adequate administrative and technical facilities. Therefore, the project plans to finance expenditure on the remuneration of employees carrying out tasks related to the above-mentioned projects, to improve the qualifications of these employees, to provide expert support, in particular legal support, to support the implementation process, as well as organisational, technical and administrative expenditure. The above actions are in line with the OPI & E 2014-2020 and the detailed description of the Priority Axis of the OPI & E 2014-2020 and will be implemented in accordance with the rules applicable for technical assistance projects for the 2014-2020 OPI & E.
