The project concerns the development of technical infrastructure in revitalised areas for social activation and inn, responding to the needs identified in the Local Revitalisation Program of the City of Hungary, related to spatial and socio-economic degradation. It also responds to the needs of hybrids in terms of limited recreational and cultural offer. The project includes the restoration of the historic Brewery and Manufaktura buildings, together with the revitalisation of the AK Park and its surroundings, aimed at expanding the offer of recreation and social integration in Węgrowa. The project, prepared in accordance with the principles of universal design, will be carried out as part of 7 investment tasks (overheads 1, 3, 4, 5 — reconstruction of communication lines, west 2 — monitoring of the Park, west 6 — renewal of the park’s areas and introduction of new elements of recreational and cultural infrastructure, ward. 7 — conservation renovation with reconstruction and extension of historic buildings with surroundings and equipment). Thanks to the investment, the revitalised urban space will gain new functionality, contribute to increasing the potential of urban areas and public buildings for social and economic activation. The project will create an attractive space conducive to social integration — encouraging active leisure activities within new forms of cultural and recreational activities, enabling the organisation of social integration events and events, a space around which business activities of a service and commercial nature can be concentrated, allowing for the creation of new jobs. The main objective of the project, which is to revitalise marginalised areas in the city of Hungary, will be achieved. The solutions are adequate to the scale of demand (number of inhabitants of the revitalisation area and in total — Hungarian). The target group is the local community of the city and visitors to Hungary
