Extension of the provincial road No. 527 on the Morąg — Łukta section, divided into stages: stage I section Morąg — Gate, stage III section Florczaki — Łukta

The project concerns the extension of the provincial road No. 527 on the Morąg-Łukta section, stages: I Morąg-Bramka and III: Florczaki-Łukta with a length of 11.82 km in the communes of Morąg and Łukta, in the district of Ostródzki, Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. The scope of work broken down by action shall include the eligible scope: the work of the rig. (design doc.), supervision in the project (Contract Engineer, author supervision), project promotion, purchase of real estate, construction works. (extension of roads with reinforced pavement of -115 kN/axle, correction of arches, reconstruction of intersections and engineering facilities, construction and reconstruction of sidewalks, bicycle paths, autob. bays, parking bays, exits, pedestrian crossings, drainage, lighting, construction of a vehicle weighing station, felling of trees and green areas, reconstruction of collisions, overhaul of roadsides. and renovation of pit ditches, vertical and horizontal markings) and ineligible: feasibility study, nautical work. (updated documentation). The project is part of the SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 measure 7.1. Pursues the objective of topic.7,priority of investment.7b. Enhancing regional mobility by linking secondary and tertiary nodes with the TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes and the specific objective of the action. DW 527 ensures better communication between the capital of Warmińsko-Mazurskie and its functional area with overarching roads of both the core and comprehensive TEN-T networks. Due to the course and direct connection to S7 DW527, it is an alternative to DK16 (the comprehensive TEN-T network) the connection between Olsztyn and the TEN-T core network. This road, thanks to the implementation of the project, will efficiently handle both transit and local traffic. It will also be adapted to support the increasing volume of traffic, which is a consequence of the development of the area and the investment environment.
