The project consists of the revitalisation of railway lines no. 317 and 336 on the section Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk-Świeradów Stage I-Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk. The project will be implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Lwówecki district. This revitalisation was submitted for co-financing by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, represented by the Lower Silesian Road and Rail Service in Wrocław, which is a regional organisational unit, which remains the competent entity for the implementation of investments in transport and roads.The aim of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and its peripheral areas by revitalising the railway line No. 317 Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk, which will then allow for the connection of this section with railway line No 336 with the section of Mirsk-Świeradów Zdrój, and the railway network of Lower Silesia. The target group remains the inhabitants of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, including primarily the area and surroundings of Gryfów Śląski and Mirska (especially children, young people, people working outside the designated cities), local authorities and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. As part of the project, railway line 317 will be modernised on the section Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk from km 72,178 to km 80,061.The aim of the project is to carry out modernisation works involving the design and execution of works consisting of cutting down trees and shrubs and measuring works, dismantling the track, removing the ballast, cutting the track down the track, renovating the drainage system, laying the track on concrete sleepers, designing and building automatic traffic signalling devices and modernisation of engineering facilities, passenger stops and railway crossings. This project is part of a larger investment, it will be implemented as the I stage of the investment, combined with the second stage of the investment, i.e. Revitalisation of railway lines no. 317 and 336 Gryfów Śląski — Mirsk-Świeradów-Stage II Mirsk-Świeradów Zdrój.
