The subject of the project is a study of thermal modernisation of 6 buildings of utility publ. owned by Gm. Kłodzko with simultaneous training of people using objects from the correct operation of devices/systems after thermomod. to achieve and maintain the assumed effect of ekol. project. (energy saving). The applicant also assumes that buildings with the ekol effect achieved by the project will be placed for the shelf life at the entrance to the plant. The following buildings will be covered: —Municipal school and nursery in Ołdrzychowice Kłodzkie; —Municipal school with Integration Departments in Bierkowice; —SP im. Wł. St. Reymonta in Kłodzko; SP in Voivodeship; Non-public Sp. z o.o.; Community school in Szalejów Dolny. In all buildings, photovoltaic panels will be installed. and the heat source (heat pump) will be replaced, a system of monitoring and management of energy consumption will be created. The source of the acquisition will be inst. using RES. As a result of the work carried out, the SP facility in Wojborz will obtain the standard of passive building. For the investment, options were carried out, on the basis of which it was concluded that only the implementation of the project in the scope of the project would create a number of benefits, among which improvements in the efficiency of the project could be distinguished. (quantity of thermal energy saved — 8463.35 GJ/year). Emissions of CO2 and particulate matter will be reduced. Average final energy savings — 79.12 %. As a result of the implementation of the project. 781 children attending these facilities will gain a place where in a safe and comfortable way they will be able to enjoy learning and play among their peers. In relation to workers, their working conditions will be improved, which may translate into a reduction in illness and absenteeism. Inw. will be implemented by an experienced team of employees employed in the structures of UG Kłodzko. The project will not be implemented in the design and construction formula. The buildings covered by the project belong to the outlets indicated in the paragraph of 14.12.2016.
