The aim of the project is to improve quality and accessibility to public services provided electronically. Material scope: 1. Purchase and distribution of server infrastructure and adaptation of the server room: a. Modernisation of 3 rooms, b. Rozb. database environment, purchase of database system — for syst. EDM, HIS, PIS, c. Purchase of server farm virt., d. Purchase of SAN matrix, e. Backup — backup syst., f. Purchase of SAN governance, g. Purchase of zs. Ups.,h. Rack cabinets, 2. Purchase of computers, 3. Purchase of LAN/WLAN devices: a. Replacement of core network equipment, b. Rozb.and installation of a hospital WiFi network. 4. Purchase and implementation of IT systems: a. Implementation of syst. 10 e-services for patients: e-request for access to medical documents from the archive, e-school of birth, e-calculation of payments for medical services, e-complaints, e-promotion and prevention, e-diethetic, e-declaration of medical satisfaction, e-registration (POZ), e-registration-access to doc. (POZ), e-declaration (POZ) — the last 3 services concerning: The IPO is partly converging with central services and is a local development, b. Implementation of systems. ITSM, c. Rozb. syst. VoIP, d. Implementation of videoconferencing system, e. Purchase of tablets, f. Purchase of devices for digitalisation of medical docs. The EDM service has been implemented and currently operates within the scope regulated by law, the project will expand its hardware infrastructure to ensure the required full integrity, data security, complementarity and interoperability with Platform P1. Product indicators: Number of public services made available online with maturity of 3-bilateral interaction (pcs 6); L. on-line public services with maturity of at least 4-transaction (pcs 4); L. entities that have made public sector information available online (Piece 1); L. activated teleinformatics system in entities specific to public tasks (pcs 5); Server room storage space (500 TB). Here’s the result: Number of cases handled via online public service 1000 pcs/year.
