SA.60012(2020/X) The aim of the project is to launch a new cleaning service for medium-voltage power installations up to 30 kV. The applicant together with the Subcontractors (High Voltage Plant of the Institute of Energy and the Faculty of Mechanical Energy and Aviation of the Warsaw University of Technology) carried out a research and development project, which concerned the development of an internationally innovative technology for cleaning medium-voltage power equipment using a mixture of dry gases with the addition of carbon dioxide in crystallised form — MVC (medium voltage cleaning) technology and a prototype of a device for cleaning installations under medium voltage. This technology eliminates the need to disconnect medium-voltage power equipment from the current. It is a non-contact and safe cleaning method, which as the only one available on the market allows the removed dirt to be sucked off, which prevents them from re-accumulating on the cleaned devices. The developed technology allows cleaning of devices under medium voltage up to 60 kV, while the implemented service will be performed under medium voltage of up to 30 kV, according to the obtained certificate from the Institute of Energy. 3N Solutions (hereinafter 3NS) as a result of the implementation of the project will implement the results of R & D works into its activities through: — purchase of land and carrying out construction works aimed at the construction of a production, warehouse and office building — purchase of fixed assets and software constituting the building’s equipment, necessary to start providing a new cleaning service. Implementation of the project will make it possible to meet the needs and expectations of the market, which will strengthen the market position of 3NS and make the offer competitive and comprehensive. The implementation of innovative technology and innovative service will ensure the dynamic development of the company and the expansion of audience groups and ensure stability and diversification of revenues.
