The aim of the project is to increase the generation of energy from RES in distributed sources, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and the cost of energy consumption in households. Besko Municipality will be the project leader and will comprehensively ensure the preparation, implementation and coordination of the project. The other partners of the project are: Municipality of Zarszyn, Haczów Municipality and Brzozów Commune.The “umbrella” project concerns the construction of:In the municipality of Besko- 88 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a total capacity of 319.20 kW- 74 units of heat pumps with a total power of 142.08 kWIn the Municipality of Zarszyn- 95 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a total power of 336.56 kW- 80 pcs of heat pumps with a total power of 153.60 kWIn the area of Haczów Municipality- 98 pcs. photovoltaic installations with a total power of 399.660 kW- 70 pcs. heat pumps with a total power of 134.40 kWIn the area of Brzozów Municipality — 122 pcs. of photovoltaic installations with a total power of 427.00 kW- 16 pcs. heat pumps with a total power of 30.72 kW- 6 pcs. biomass boilers with a total capacity of 145.00 kWThe project will contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 1873.32 tonnes of CO2 equivalent.
