The project is located in the area of “ZGO Sp. z o.o. in Jarocino — Wielkopolskie Centrum Recyclingu” in the village of Witaszyczki, which is located approx. 3 km from the centre of Jarocin. The investment is planned for the part of the geodetic plot with registration number 220/1, area 0020 Witaszyczki, Jarocin commune, Jarocin district, Wielkopolskie voivodeship. The plant for composting of bio-waste, which is municipal waste and other biodegradable waste, will be expanded. The composting plant and composting facilities will also be enlarged. The plant will also be enriched with a second fermenter for the treatment of biodegradable waste. A new cogeneration unit will also be created. The transformer station will also be modernised and expanded. The project also included the construction of a new overrun scale together with a storage tank for biogas with a capacity of 1 000 m³. The funds raised will also be invested in the construction of a square for the treatment of construction waste and the extension of the wastewater treatment plant.
