The aim of the project is to increase from August 2022 to November 2023 the chances of taking up or seeking employment in 83 (75 K and 8M) unemployed/passive workers due to the provision of care for children up to 3 years or staying on maternity/educational leave residents of Olsztyn and Olsztyn County by facilitating their childcare to 3 years by refunding part of the costs of childcare to 3 years. The project provides for the reimbursement of childcare costs for all participants, both in care facilities and in nannys, for a period of up to 12 months. The main problem addressed by the project is the low professional activity (taking up or maintaining employment) of the inhabitants of Olsztyn and the district of Olsztyn, who care for children up to 3 years and are therefore unemployed and those whose care functions for children up to 3 years make it difficult to return to work, i.e. maintaining employment. The project aims to disseminate childcare as an instrument influencing the professional situation of carers by increasing their employability and maintaining work. The project will be completed in November 2023.
