The main objective of the project is to improve and develop the social and occupational skills of 100 (70 K) people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, and who are first required to provide support in the field of social inclusion and support of the environment at risk of social exclusion. (200 pers.) living in the Domaniów Municipality from 01.05.2021-30.04.2023.The aim of the project is a response to diagnosed proglemma concerning low social and occupational activity of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion in the municipality of Domaniów.The project will support 100 people. (70 K), at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion and 200 people from their immediate environment. Within the target group, 20 % of people supported are people with disabilities.Tasks for implementation, which are intended to contribute to achieving the main objective: Social services of active inclusion services of a social nature: workshops, meetings with a psychologist, family mediation services and active health integration services (rehabilitation for OzN) and active professional integration services: vocational courses and training for active professional inclusion services: local TrainingCitizen EducationProject Effects: Social Effects: 34 % of project participantsProfessional efficiency: 30 % of project participants, covered by professional activation.The project assumes the achievement of minimum levels of social and employment efficiency: for persons with disabilities, the minimum level of social efficiency shall be at least 34 % and employment efficiency of at least 12 % (for this project. For other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, the minimum level of social efficiency shall be at least 34 % and employment efficiency of at least 25 %.
