The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and to protect existing jobs in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the Ostrava district. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. The project is in line with the notification card of the PUP project, which is the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure. The project is in line with horizontal policies, national and foreign legislation. The target group of the project is 227 people (114k/113m) aged 30 and over — registered in the Ostrów Mazowiecka PUP as unemployed and belonging to disadvantaged groups, including: — persons aged 50 years and over — 28 persons (11k/17m), — persons with disabilities — 5 persons (5k/0m), — long-term unemployed — 66 (34k/32m), — low-skilled persons — 142 people (57k/85m), — women — 114, and 7 unemployed men between the ages of 30 and 49 who are not among the above groups. Each participant will be presented with a specific offer of professional activation, preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant (development/updating IPD). On the basis of the needs identified and defined in the IPD, the PUP will provide support for each participant in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act (...), i.e. job intermediation and vocational guidance (for all participants) and then cost-effective forms of support, such as: traineeship/training/one-time measures to start a business/employment on equipped workplaces.
