The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk in the labour market and to protect existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the Płock County. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. The target group of the project is 438 unemployed people (235 women, 203 men) registered in the labour office, who are sufficient to activate and re-enter the labour market, mainly including services and labour market instruments, aged 30 and over, belonging to at least one of the disadvantaged groups. The project will be supported by: 235 women, 72 people (34 women, 38 men) aged 50 and over, 18 people (11 women, 7 men) with disabilities, 129 people (78 women, 51 men) long-term unemployed, 323 people (140 women, 183 men) with low professional qualifications. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Poviat Office for Work in Płock will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.
