The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęka County. The target group of the project is a total of 486 people (267K/219M) aged 30 and over, unemployed belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęka County, including: 1. 486 unemployed people (267K/219M) who will receive support in the project, including: 1.1 women — 267 women 1.2 low-skilled people — 311 people (153K/158M) 1.3 long-term unemployed -190 people (115K/75 M), 1.4 people aged 50 years and over — 81 persons (43K/38M), 1.5 persons with disabilities — 14 persons (8K/6M), 1.6 unemployed men between 30-49 years of age — 4 men. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each unemployed person, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the given participant. On this basis, the PUP in Ostrołęka will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The project aims to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęka County. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. This project is in line with the notification sheet of the PUP project, which is the basis for including the project in the list of projects identified under the non-competition procedure.
