The main objective is to develop and implement a model of ensuring the availability of cultural institutions (IK) for persons with disabilities, thus developing and implementing a new approach to practice. In order to achieve this goal, it is envisaged to develop a framework model for accessibility with a standardised methodological approach, practical recommendations for concrete solutions and identification of participatory methods for monitoring and evaluating the level of implementation. The target group will be beneficiaries of grants — 150 IK, selected in competition mode, taking into account their maximum diversity in terms of geographical, territorial, scope of activity and size. The proposals will be assessed in an impartial manner with the participation of experts — representatives of the leader and national partners.
