With a view to absorbing ESF funds for the implementation of the planned project base, SMEM as PT1 will support the development of institutional capacity and create a sustainable working environment through wage co-financing. Support will also be provided for the training of employees with a view to raising the level of their professional competence and effectiveness, as well as for providing communication activities towards potential beneficiaries of projects, which will increase the efficiency of the accredited organisational unit in performing delegated functions of management and implementation of the HRP.
