The nine partner cities of the ‘CHANGE! – social design of public services’ network have a common vision to transform their public services (with a special emphasis on social services) towards a more collaborative service delivery by boosting local social networks and harnessing the power of relationships among citizens (people-powered social services). If they are successful, a local shift towards a more collaborative public service model will result in better and more efficient public service delivery, enhancing also the social capital and social inclusion within the local society.
