The overall objective of the project is the improved living and working environment in the Karelia CBC Programme area. The main objective of PeatStop is improved runoff water management via monitoring and new filter solutions. More specifically, PeatStop aims at the development of transboundary solutions to improve the condition of urban water bodies through the introduction of effective monitoring and the use of new environmentally safe runoff water filtering solutions.
