The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of the people from the cross-border area of Iași-Orhei, through investments in health services as well as the development of new competences and instruments in diagnosis of health condition investigations. The main focus is the development of cross-border expertise through formal and non-formal trainings of medical and non-medical staff, exchanges of experience and work groups. Additionally, a manual for best practice guides and a strategic plan for institutional cooperation will be established.
