The project will enhance the mobility and accessibility of the Lower Prut border region by modernizing 6 kilometers of roads of local and cross-border importance in the Cahul-Oancea region. It will also build 2000 kilometers of bicycle trails between Oancea and Cahul in order to promote environmentally friendly transport means. Both communities are invested into developing a sustainable urban mobility plan for Cahul-Oancea cross-border area.
