The ESF call “Local Partnerships for Youth” aims to strengthen the position of young people in society and in the labour market. The call therefore aims to promote bottom-up initiatives throughout Flanders that establish partnerships at local level and that increase the effectiveness of the guidance and support of (vulnerable) young people.
