THIS PROJECT AIMS TO EQUIP THE SCHOOL WITH NEW PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN, WITH GREATER EFFECTIVENESS AND COMPETENCE, EVALUATE THE DISTRESS OF STUDENTS AND ANY CONFLICTING DYNAMICS WITHIN CLASS GROUPS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TEACHERS AND FAMILIES WITH TOOLS AND STRATEGIES USEFUL TO IMPROVE RELATIONS BETWEEN PEERS AND MAKE TEACHING MORE EFFECTIVE AND IN LINE WITH THE NEEDS OF PUPILS. IT IS INTENDED TO DESIGN TOGETHER WITH THE DIFFERENT SUBJECTS OF THE LEARNER’S TRAINING OF EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTIONS AIMED AT IMPROVING THE CLASS CLIMATE AND RELATIONS BETWEEN TEACHERS/PARENTS, TEACHERS/STUDENTS AND FAMILIES/STUDENTS.
