EMPLOYMENT BONUSES: INCENTIVES FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE STABILISATION OF EMPLOYEES IN COMPANIES AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN THE VENETO REGION

THE INITIATIVE AIMS TO FACILITATE THE INTEGRATION AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE EMPLOYMENT CONTEXT, THROUGH A CONTRIBUTION TO ENTERPRISES WHICH HAVE ENTERED INTO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS OF INDEFINITE OR FIXED DURATION OF AT LEAST 12 MONTHS, OR WHICH HAVE TRANSFORMED THE FIXED-TERM EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIPS OF YOUNG WORKERS IN THEIR OWN ORGANISATION INTO PERMANENT CONTRACTS.
