THE FINAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS THE CREATION OF A STANDARDISED AND ENABLING FLUID PLATFORM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BIOMEDICAL DEVICES FOR HOSPITAL AND HOME INFUSION. THE INNOVATIVE AND PRECISION FLUIDIC PLATFORM WILL BE BASED ON TECHNOLOGIES ALREADY IN THE HANDS OF THE PROJECT PARTNER COMPANIES AND WILL ALLOW THE CREATION OF MINIATURISED FLUID COMPONENTS, EXTREMELY PRECISE AND RELIABLE, REMOTELY CONTROLLED, SILENT AND WITH DISPOSABLE PREDISPOSITION. REMOTE CONTROL WILL FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF DEVICES FOR MONITORING AND ADMINISTERING ARTIFICIAL NUTRITION THERAPIES, AS WELL AS DRUG ADMINISTRATION, ENCOURAGING THE SPREAD OF HOSPITAL AND HOME CLINICAL PRACTICES, CURRENTLY LIMITED BY TECHNOLOGICAL FACTORS.
