THE TRAINING TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON 3 LEVELS, REGULATORY, TECHNOLOGICAL AND MANAGEMENT WILL LEAD TO EMPLOYEES TRAINED WHO IN THE MEDIUM LONG TERM WILL BE ABLE TO SPREAD THE ACQUIRED KNOW-HOW AND COMPANY POLICY IN A CAPILLARY WAY IN ORDER TO APPLY THE POLICY OF SMART WORKING IN A BROAD RANGE. TO THE INITIAL TRAINING AND EXPERIMENTATION PHASE WILL FOLLOW THE START OF A REAL PILOT PROJECT THAT WILL SEE AS THE PROTAGONIST A TRIED AND TESTED WORKING GROUP OF 10 PEOPLE THAT PROVIDES AN APPLICATION MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR A CLIENT IN THE FINANCE SECTOR.
