In the framework of European Social Fund, program area 5 and the strands for Recovery Assistance for Cohesion and the Territories of Europe, React-EU, the project provides support to men and women who have been unemployed during the pandemic and who need preparatory and matching support to strengthen their position in the labor market. Through the project “Kickstart React-EU” the Swedish Public Employment Service will support measures to meet challenges linked to the pandemic effects and the rapid structural change in the labor market. The project focuses on equality to ensure that more women and men can take part in the project´s measures to strengthen their position in the labor market and transfer to work or education. In addition to this, the measures should foster a green, digital and resilient recovery of the Economy of EU. The target group are men and women who have been unemployed during the pandemic and who need preparatory and matching support to strengthen their position in the labor market with the aim of a rapid transition to work.
