The feasibility study will work to create conditions for well-planned and broad-based projects with young people as the target group in the coming program period. The work will take place with five different orientations: 1.Learning from previously successful projects and activities. The project will work with lectures, study trips and auscultation to spread knowledge about what has worked in previous and ongoing initiatives aimed at young people in exclusion. 2. Broaden the circle of stakeholders and actors who in the future will be involved in social fund-financed activities. The project will work to mobilize and interest actors who have not previously been involved in social fund projects. The initiative covers municipalities and authorities that have not been involved before, but also new branches of activity and professional groups. The purpose of this is to reach new target groups of young people and to create multi-competent teams in the investments that are made in the future. 3. Form clusters of actors around different problem areas with young people as the target group. The purpose of these clusters is that there should be a ready-made group to turn to when announcements become relevant. Our hope is also that the cluster groups will work out anchored semi-finished project ideas during the feasibility study so that the application process will be smooth once the call comes. 4. Train future project staff in different working methods. The project will purchase a number of courses where the partners may register staff who work or will in future work in ESF-funded projects. The training to be purchased will be decided in consultation with the partners. Examples of possible courses are. The 7-20 method and Supported employment. 5. Develop strategies for how we get increased target group participation in the planning and implementation of future projects. We must become better at utilizing the knowledge from those we are to work with, they are the foremost experts in the field. The first step in developing such a strategy is to train staff in the service design method.
