The project aims to facilitate entry into the labor market for newly arrived people with a short educational background by working holistically and sustainably with the various areas that the project has identified as crucial for establishment in the labor market and in society. Stockholm City together with the Swedish Public Employment Service and Region Stockholm shall work together to streamline the ongoing processes and develop new methods and support, with a focus on work and livelihood. These methods will strengthen the individual and contribute to shortening the establishment time for newly arrived. The project owner is the Labor Market Administration in the City of Stockholm and the target group is newly arrived people in the establishment program with short educational background. With a special focus on women. The model in the project consists of three parts: 1. Efforts directed at the individual. 2. An employer platform that will provide an arena for employers to meet and exchange experiences and develop new working methods. 3. Development of tools and methods that create good conditions for the implementation of individual-related initiatives.
