The project will create models and methods contributing to bring women and men far from the labour market closer to it. The project is aiming at finding co-operation models that will combine the knowledge and the needs of the participants with the goals of Försäkringskassan/IFO and the need and requirements from the enterprise environment. The goals from an individual point of view are that the participant will find and keep a job/education and by that get continuity in his/her daily life, take responsibility for his/her choices and also to be more integrated part of the society. Methods that will be used are focusing on digitalization. Nystart 2.0 is based on the use of a digital platform and digital tools. By letting the participants get online coaching and online activities, we aim to make the project more flexible and available for the target group. This will also make the participants more attractive on the labour market or prepare them for future studies or work introducion. The project is also working for a close collaboration with the employers and the labour market. With a big network of companies we aim to be a partner who can help employers with their professional matching. This could also help participants clarifying the needs the employers have. Above this the project will evaluate what indicators that needs to work for an introduction to be successful. By documenting what works and don’t work the project will summaries results and analyses them in the phase of completion.
