The project consists of: — Complete renovation of substations (exchangers, manifolds, variable flow pumps, valves, regulation, counting according to the EPB,...) — The addition of 1 to 2 cogeneration units to gas for a total thermal output of the order of 1.5 MW. This cogeneration would produce about 50 % of the heat needed to heat the site — The possible replacement of the old 10 MW gas boiler (dated 1975) by a 6 MW condensing boiler — Full replacement of the regulation: cascade management, network climate regulation, variable network flow regulation, substation regulation
