The 2007-13 Amorce project has made it possible to specifically redefine the three insertion schemes of the Liège CPAS (SIS-DYNA-REINSER). These services have identified the need for an intermediate step between social inclusion and socio-occupational integration. Thus, the Dynamisation service has taken this place by proposing a COUP DE POUCE module focused on intensive, committed and time-limited participation. The aim of this project is to combat the failure of training and job opportunities by mobilising the trainee’s basic social skills to a maximum extent and by identifying barriers to integration thus increasing their chances of success. The support offered is of a collective nature (participation in 5 basic workshops) and individual (social coaching provided by a social worker).
