It aims at the social inclusion of a public discriminated against, disadvantaged and remote from the labour market, and the approximation of employment through an integrated approach of excluded persons: persons excluded for reasons related to schooling, ethnic origin, social or financial difficulties, professional background. It is organised around the following activities: — reception of people — skills assessment — orientation — pre-training — preparation for employment (via Art60§7 and Art.61) — after CPAS It is based on a partnership between several CPAS located in the territory covered by the Subregional Employment and Training Committee of the Centre region. The project is a continuation of a project co-financed by the ESF during the previous programming (Professional Integration)
