The aim of the project is to enable the young people targeted by the action (18-24 years) to discover different occupations related to the eco-construction field and prepare them for a first job or corresponding qualification training. The basic principle of work-based training is to put trainees in the production of goods and services which can be marketed while being guided by a professional, but also to put the trainee in the conditions as close as possible to those he or she will encounter in the context of a job, while allowing him to do apprenticeships. The training is divided into three main themes: on-site experience; in-company traineeships; job search or qualifying training (post-training follow-up).
