The project aims to implement specific support for neets, and concrete and adapted activities which aim to formalise/enhance their professional project and to (re)integrate them into organised systems such as enrolment in training/teaching, coaching towards the validation of skills, a return to employment services or job placement. During a training clash, the IFAPME organises training activities, traineeships and sustained and personalised support in training centres and in companies to promote vocational integration. The deployment of this project is based on very strong partnerships structured according to the missions of the partners.
