The project aims to address the shortage of specific laboratory technician profiles The project is aimed at jobseekers who, although they have higher or university education, do not have the Belgian recognition of the diploma giving them access to qualification training and/or jobs in biotechnology. This project therefore contributes to a desire to counter the shortages of competent scientific profiles that meet the requirements of the entrepreneurial world by broadening the pool of job seekers to profiles that have hitherto been considered inadequate for recruitment.
