The project is aimed at trainees and construction workers who wish to acquire new skills, either transversal and common to several occupations or specific to a trade, through qualifying training. For people, such training will be part of a lifelong learning pathway and will aim at maintaining employment or accessing a job. For companies and construction actors, these training courses will aim to improve their competitiveness and provide them with skilled workers in order to respond to the changes in trades resulting from technological innovations and the challenges of construction and sustainable renovation.
