The project aims to support the employment and/or training of 25-year-olds who are not currently in education, vocational training, traineeships or employment. They are most often isolated, without family support, without a social network around them and without a concrete objective. Work preparation, company discoveries and site visits will be carried out. Young people will be accompanied individually in the management of their job search and then in their effective access to the world of work, possibly after resuming further vocational training or further training. This intensive coaching will aim to ensure as much as possible a sustainable anchor in employment.
