Failure to promote social innovation, improving cooperation within companies will hamper the development of enterprises and workers. This requires a change in culture and it is important for companies and employees to open up to this. The problem often seems that companies do not know well how to initiate a change process together with the employees and how to effectively innovate. In the form of pilots, 25 companies will receive temporary support with the preparation and implementation of a socially innovative improvement scheme. It examines how changes are most effective, and the composition of existing instruments. Information will inform the sector of results and opportunities and raise awareness of the need for change. In this way, companies will also be given concrete impetus to work on the subject.
