Kayser Industrial clothing

Kayser wants to develop a learning culture for her employees, making lifetime employability possible. It is important that this is based on individual ambitions, talents and qualities. From there, it will be examined which activities, tasks and (company) profiles are appropriate for the employee. This is based on the idea that when employees work from their own qualities and talents, they are more engaged and motivated, which in turn contributes to the overall well-being and well-being of the employee. The ultimate goal is for employees to grow internally or externally in order to reach the most suitable workplace for them. To make this possible for Kayser employees, various activities are deployed, starting with an extensive company scan in which the employees are also involved. The necessary resources will then be developed to promote a positive learning culture. The employees are also actively involved in this process. At the end of the project, the following objectives were achieved: 1) Employees are aware that they have a major impact on their personal development and thus opportunities for lifetime employability. 2) They have insight into the effectiveness of their own behaviour and attitude towards their personal development. 3) They have insight into their own ambitions, qualities and talents. 4) They have insight into where they stand in relation to the desired/required qualities and talents. 5) They have made a personal development plan. 6) The first steps in personal development have been taken.
