The YES Performer provides assistance and support to individual participants to continue to carry out their work vitally, sustainably deployable, motivated and engaged. The approach also provides for monitoring group results. Thales will be provided with a monitor that maps the ambitions of diversity, sustainable employability, attractive employership and leadership (leadership competencies to drive our ambition). The questionnaire used has been compiled specifically for this purpose.
