In 2016 a start was made with the program Vitaal Vakmanschap for SPIE. For 2017, it was decided to develop and implement a sustainable employability scan: the VitScan. Following the results of the VitScan, a follow-up can be used more specifically. The VitScan will be a useful tool for both the organisation, the employee and the manager to: to give the employee insight and activate his/her sustainable employability; refer the employee to a PMO if the result gives cause; To give the organisation an insight into the sustainable employability of the organisation, which can provide even more targeted support and policy development; the discussion about sustainable employability facilitates between the employee and the manager and offers concrete tools for action.
