The project Statusholders aims to integrate the new Amsterdam status holders through work. The participants will remain on a journey for three years so that they are assured of adequate guidance and aftercare. In the House of Skills project, the municipality wants to work with a number of partners to work on the organisational structure of the labour market, focusing on sustainable employability and intersectoral mobility. In the project WSP area-oriented work, the demand of local employers based in North and New-West is central to the implementation of area-oriented activities. The starting point is that employment and employment opportunities in their own neighbourhood lead to more sustainable employment relationships and greater cohesion in a neighbourhood.
