Following the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) in 2017, Thales plans to carry out the EES in 2018 in order to actively work on motivated, competent and vital employees who enjoy their work and continue to develop. The EES monitor records how the research group scores on Thales’ HR ambitions for the coming years (especially on items such as attractive employership, diversity and employee engagement). The EES is not just a monitor, it is also an intervention at individual level and at team or group level. In doing so, implementation of this proposal contributes to the evaluation and improvement of this HR policy.
