Riwo Engineering B.V.

Riwo Engineering (hereinafter referred to as: Riwo) is a specialist in industrial automation and machine and process control. The company operates in various branches and operates both nationally and internationally. Previous organizational development processes have improved employee competences, increased employee engagement and productivity and made healthy ∓ safe working a priority. However, the world of Riwo is subject to such a major change (Smart Industry 4.0) that employees still have to continue to develop. Riwo wants to strengthen a (no-nonsense) culture in which employees can develop optimally and in which knowledge is shared effectively in a continuous manner. By hiring an external consultant, who has an objective view of the business processes, working methods and employees, Riwo aims to change this. Within this project, by promoting a learning culture for workers, the aim is to increase sustainable employability. Based on the organisational analysis, the in-depth interviews and/or surveys, the external advisor will make an implementation proposal for the promotion of development opportunities and knowledge sharing in order to achieve a better learning culture. The envisaged measurable result in the short term is an intensification of the development potential of the employees, thereby encouraging employee involvement. Finally, Riwo aims to improve knowledge sharing between employees in the medium term.
