Once again, the technical funds want to pool knowledge about workplace learning and make the result of the previous project work-based learning accessible to a large number of employers and employees. It is important to better exploit, recognise and possibly recognise the potential, which provides informal, application-oriented knowledge transfer. The earlier project was aimed at developing and experimenting with conditions and possible tools, the aim of this project is to demonstrate the applicability of the results by enabling companies to start work-based learning and to support companies in integrating work-based learning into business operations on the basis of the results obtained. We want to do this by drawing up and implementing a communication, information and recruitment plan, strengthening the field staff of the R&O-funds and the social partners and implementing a pilot project for 40 workplace learning companies.
