This focus is essential for the Water Sports Alliance to be and remain relevant and valuable to its members in the future. This means a renewed focus of the employees within the organisation of the Watersportverbond to remain sustainable. The final result is an implemented learning culture that ensures the continuity of all employees and increases the happiness of work. An advisory and implementation plan on sustainable employability is the basis for this. In the plan, it is clear which steps per individual employee promote the happiness and vitality of this employee. Crucial factors are the ability to promote autonomy, connection with colleagues and the space to focus on your talent. Doing what you are good at and what you like promotes work happiness and reduces work stress. This also increases the involvement, creativity and ownership, and thus the Sustainable Employability, of every employee.
