Agrifirm Group B.V.

Agrifirm is a Dutch co-operative company active in the livestock and agricultural sector. Recently Agrifirm started a transition process with the objective of meeting the full customer needs through 360 degrees customer view. For the customer, this means complete unburdening. Organisationally, this transition has a major impact on the company and its employees. The working pressure has been significantly increased. The pressure does not benefit the atmosphere and cooperation. In the long term, these issues will hamper sustainable employability. Agrifirm therefore wants to invest in the individual employee and the mutual cooperation through a trajectory focused on vitality, collaboration and personal work organisation with the result of less stress and more work pleasure. The external consultant will issue an opinion and guide the implementation, using the following principles: —Individual analysis focused on work pressure and vitality. —To be joined together in an organisation scan and advice from which the interventions are drawn up. —Strong individual advice and support (coaching) for the implementation of the development/improving points. — Tailor-made workshops depending on the needs of the organisation can. Topics such as: “Understand disruptions in your work”, “rest in your head”, “set goals and do the right things”, “three steps to plan smartly”, “clear communication and delegation”, “how does your energy distribution work one day”, “how does stress work and how to use it smartly”, etc. -Final reporting that shows the result and further provides concrete recommendations to ensure sustainable employability.
