In the 360 degree labour market project UWV and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit work together in the border region of the head of Limburg and Gelderland. Through intensive cooperation in employment services and social and fiscal legislation on both sides of the border, demand and supply will be brought closer together and we can make a good step towards a 360 degree labour market. With sharing the knowledge and network of both labour organisations, we join forces in this project. By getting a better picture of the possibilities on both sides of the border, we can offer both jobseekers and employers more perspectives when looking for and finding jobs and employers. The creation of a 360-degree labour market offers the opportunity to take advantage of the entire ‘accessible’ labour market.
