Export Arena Dalarna

The aim of the project is to start building a long-term regional support structure with the goal of increasing the number of exporting companies in Dalarna and increasing exports, export growth as well as the sustainability of the export business of existing small and medium-sized exporters in Dalarna, based on the Government’s commitment to regional export cooperation. The project’s activities are also expected to contribute to a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy. The project has the following objectives: —At least 200 companies receiving and 80 responding to an export survey — At least 20 new export accounts/new export companies have been found through the project’s efforts -At least 20 existing exporters have increased their exports through new customer or new market — At least 25 existing exporters have been reviewed about market-leading customers’ requirements for a more sustainable export business with a goal of at least 5 initiating conversion during the project period — At least 50 participants at each export day — At least 15 exportstories of which at least 8 should highlight women, young or foreign-born — At least 60 piloted companies — At least 40 in-depth interviews with the goal of taking the company to a next step — At least 15 export tories, of which at least 8 should highlight women, young or born — At least 60 piloted companies -Minimum 40 in-depth interviews with the goal of taking the company to a next step -Minimum 15 export cupboards and marketing efforts of women, young or foreign-born -Minimum 60 piloted companies -Minimum 40 in-depth interviews with the goal to take the company to a next step -Minimum 15 export co-marketing efforts by Dale 15 marketing initiatives of the project 1. By strategically, organisationally and operationally structuring and coordinating effective regional export promotion. 2. Through a comprehensive offer that is easy for companies to get in touch with, a number of targeted actions and in addition to communicating the availability of export promotion, more companies with growth potential are reached and activated and lead to increased sustainable exports from Dalarna.
