The determination of the objectives to be achieved is based on the findings of the situation and the needs assessment. The project is extremely complex, its activities are wide-ranging, and there is a need for multi-faceted target formulation. The overarching and main objective summarises, in a horizontal approach, the desired state of play of activities and actions. The achievement of the overall target is supported by specific/thematic objectives. The overall objective of the project is to stop the socio-physical and economic downturn and to reverse the negative processes in the action area. The main objective is to create a physical and social environment where organised public spaces and public spaces, high-quality housing, in addition to reducing energy use, as well as complex programmes serving the needs of different target groups, make it possible to integrate the local population and improve their quality of life and social position. Specific objectives: — Development of a modern and economic housing stock and living environment, — Urban areas, physical renewal of built environments, — Restoration of spaces and sites for community formation and construction, — strengthening communities, community development, strengthening trust, — mitigating conflicts, problems, public safety and subjective security in the action area, — Implementation of employment, social and community activities based on the needs of the local population, while at the same time promoting social and labour market integration, — Implementation of competence development, awareness-raising and life management programmes that meet the specific needs of different target groups (depending on age, life situation). Based on point 3.1.1 of the call, the following activities are planned (the PET 4.2. The description of each project element is described in detail in the description of the planned activities): A) residential activities: in the area of a crisis or a threatened block: We plan to renovate 11 residential buildings (4-10 floors) for energy purposes. The residential buildings of each crisis block are refurbished — 3 — the remaining 8 buildings are located in endangered blocks. In order to achieve the target set, the buildings will receive thermal insulation of the exterior façade and a single facade plaster in order to achieve better energy savings. Old, outdated windows are replaced by modern plastic windows and balcony doors with a low heat transmission factor and multi-layered glazing. The house has several entrance doors, which are rusty and do not close properly in several places, so their replacement is part of the planned technical content. The insulation of the flat roof is no longer adequate, there are several leaks, and it does not perform its thermal insulation function, so there is a need to renew heat and water insulation, while attic coverings and replacement of gutters and drains are needed. If necessary, the refurbishment of the mechanical system will be carried out. Based on point 3.1.2 of the Call, the following activities are planned: D) Other related activities d) Renovation, extension and construction of public spaces, parks, playgrounds, urban green spaces, installation of quality street furniture, related equipment acquisition in the framework of the present project: We are planning to renew the 2600 sqm of public space delimited by Jupiter Street — Raketa Street — Tejút utca, to build a walking surface, to build a square stone and to build a park in an urban environment, which includes, among other things, the necessary earthwork, grassland and shrub planting. D) Other related activities a)In the case of a community function involved in renovations wholly owned by a self-government or non-profit service provider: in the context of the present project, for the construction and renovation of related manor and fences: We plan to renovate the courtyard and fences of the member nursery of Venus, which includes, among other things, the necessary earthwork, lawn planting, shrub planting, the construction of square stone pavement, refurbishment of play equipment/purchase of new toys.
